Policies and Waivers
Social Media Policy
Students may not post patient information, medical details, photos, videos, or content from hospitals, clinics, labs, morgues, or restricted areas without permission.
Media Release Policy
Parents/guardians may grant permission for student photos or videos to be used for Junior White Coats educational and promotional purposes. No patient information will be shared.
Grounds for Dismissal
Students may be dismissed for privacy violations, unsafe behavior, bullying, harassment, disrespectful conduct, prohibited items, or repeated failure to follow instructions.
No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, including withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, missed days, partial attendance, or dismissal due to policy violations.
